Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Banterpip through banterpip.co.uk. Banterpip is operated by Darren Lingaloo at 20 Wilberforce Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, PO5 3DR, United Kingdom. Contact: darrenlingaloo@gmail.com.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We sell made-to-order clothing, gifts and souvenirs, including personalised products. Product images are representative. Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished items, and minor differences can occur in print placement or production. These normal variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

You are responsible for checking product choices, sizes, spelling and other personalisation details before placing an order. We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, or requested personalisation is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person's rights. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place the order. Payment must be authorised at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to any cancellation rights and remedies provided by law.

DELIVERY

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Products may be produced and dispatched by different partners, so one order may arrive in separate parcels. See our Shipping policy for more information.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTS

The rights and process for cancellations, returns, faulty goods, replacements and refunds are set out in our Refund and returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

PERSONALISATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Only submit names, wording, photographs or artwork that you have the right to use. You retain ownership of material you submit, but grant us and our production partners permission to use it solely to produce, fulfil and support your order. We may refuse material that appears unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or infringing.

Banterpip's original designs, branding, product photographs and site content remain owned by Banterpip or the relevant licensor. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

PRIVACY AND COMPLAINTS

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used. To raise a complaint, email darrenlingaloo@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the country where they live and may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.
