Shipping policy

Banterpip products are made to order by our production partners. Production usually begins shortly after payment is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by product, destination, stock availability and seasonal demand.

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to the international destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout for the products and destination selected. An order containing products from different production partners may arrive in separate parcels and may show more than one tracking number.

We aim to deliver within the estimate shown at checkout and, unless a different period is agreed with you, within 30 days. Estimates are not guarantees. International orders can be delayed by customs or local carriers. The customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duty or handling fee that is not collected at checkout.

Check the delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot promise to change an address after production or dispatch has started.

If tracking shows no movement, a parcel is significantly overdue, or an item arrives damaged, contact darrenlingaloo@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the production partner or carrier and arrange the remedy required by law.
