How much is delivery?
Delivery depends on the product, number of items and destination. Your final charge is shown at checkout before payment. Items made by different production partners may arrive in separate parcels.
When will my gift arrive?
Each product is printed after you order. Allow for both production and shipping; the shipping service estimate is shown at checkout. Estimates vary by product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. For a birthday or Christmas deadline, contact us before ordering if timing is tight.
Where is it made?
Our selected gifts are printed by the production partner named on each product page. A blank product may be manufactured in another country; check its description for details.
How do I choose a clothing size?
Compare the product size guide with a garment that fits the recipient. Check the available sizes and material on the product page before ordering.
Do prints include a frame? Do cushions include an insert?
Our current art prints are unframed. Check the individual listing for print dimensions. Selected cushions include an insert; dimensions and contents are stated on the product page.
Can I personalise a gift?
The current range uses the original design shown. Personalisation is only available when explicitly offered on a product page.
Can I return it?
For UK orders of standard, non-personalised products, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return within a further 14 days. Return postage is normally your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Personalised products have different cancellation rules. Read the full returns policy.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
